Welcome Back!
The European Hot Sauce Awards are returning for our third exciting year! We were thrilled by the overwhelming response last year and can’t wait to see what incredible sauces will compete in 2026. The event is open to all sauces from around the world but will be separated into European entries & International entries.

All sauce entries must be received by Friday, 9th January 2026

Eligibility Criteria
- Only commercially available hot sauces are eligible
- Sauces must be available for public sale
- Must comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- All sauces must have a valid use-by date extending beyond May 2026
Entry Process: Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Entry Payment
- Select the number of sauces you wish to enter
- One sauce = One entry
- Note: Automatic discounts apply for multiple entries
- Complete payment through our online system
Step 2: Sauce and Ingredients Registration
- Fill out our online form with:
- Sauce names
- Detailed ingredients list
- Complete allergen information
Step 3: Packaging and Shipping
- Carefully package your sauce entries
- Download our packing sheet to include in the package
- Ensure safe transportation of your sauces
Important Participation Notes
- Multiple different sauces can be entered under the same category
- Each sauce entered in multiple categories requires a separate entry
- One sauce = One entry
